Participating in these programs facilitates the development of stronger muscles, empowering you to maintain independence in your daily activities. Additionally, it serves as a preventive measure, delaying or even avoiding various health issues often associated with the aging process."

There's no need for a long-term commitment. You have the flexibility to pay as you go or choose a commitment period of 6 or 12 weeks. Moreover, you can cancel anytime, providing you with the freedom to tailor your participation to your preferences.

Both Fitness classes and Personal Training programs run for 45-60 minutes. These sessions include a thorough warm-up and a post-workout cool-down to enhance flexibility, mental focus, heart rate regulation, muscle activation, and, significantly, to minimize the risk of injury.

- Classes: $10 per session (1x/week) - Classes Package: - $240 for 12 weeks (up to 5 sessions/week) - $120 for 6 weeks (up to 5 sessions/week) - Personal Training: $50 per session

No, there's no need for special clothing or equipment. But avoid loose-fitting clothes that could potentially snag on equipment or objects. Opt for shoes with effective shock-absorption, a supportive arch, and a roomy toe box for a comfortable and safe experience.
