Preston is a very good instructor. He explains each exercise he presents and tells you which muscles are going to be involved. His course is varied, there are all kinds of exercises and everyone is well demonstrated. I have been taking his class Better Strength Better Balance for at least 7 years and have made much progress, especially with my balance, which was very problematic. I highly recommend Preston.
